About our Speaker
A singer-songwriter and worship leader, Alarice’s mission in life is to inspire others to live the radical call of Jesus over their lives. Born in Auckland, New Zealand, to Singaporean parents, Alarice grew up around the world before being called to Singapore in 2010. A lover of great lyrics and songs that speak directly to the heart, Alarice’s music is played regionally across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Asia Pacific.
Along with her husband Calvin, Alarice now ministers through song, worship leading, and teaching in the area of worship, locally and internationally.
Clean hands, pure hearts
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God” Matthew 5:8
The call to "clean hands and a pure heart" hits differently when we realise it's not about earning God's favour, but about receiving what He's already declared over us. The reminder that holiness means being "set apart"—chosen by God, not achieved through my own effort—is both humbling and freeing.
Let’s examine: Am I still thinking of myself more as a sinner than as a new creation? That mindset shapes everything—how I worship, how I approach God, and whether I believe I can actually walk in the power and inheritance available to me. I can boldly approach Him with clean hands and a pure heart because of the blood of Jesus. Let us walk in repentance & in faith.

About Awaken Generation
We are a worship missions organisation based in Singapore with a vision to raise up a generation of worship leaders, ‘musicianaries’, songwriters, and creatives to impact the nations for Christ with the power of the gospel through worship and music.
