Application Process
1. Application
To complete the online application you will need:
Your < 400 word introduction on why you would like to join the AG program
Your completed audition video & the url link to video
Your church leader’s contact and email
Your church leader’s completed reference form
2. Audition
Read audition requirements for your chosen stream
Film video in a quiet location
Upload video and ensure that sharing settings allow viewing via link
*Applicants may be asked to attend a personal audition
*All submitted videos will be kept private and confidential
3. Reference
In order to complete your application, you will need a church leader’s reference. Please ensure you have given the right contact details for your reference on your application form.
We recommend following up with them to make sure they have given their reference by sending them the form.
4. Payment
Indicate on form how you prefer to make payment (one-off, semestral or monthly)
If you will be sponsored by your church, give contact details of church staff

Students who pass the auditions, will be notified of their acceptance within 4-6 weeks (approx) from closing of application dates (early bird: 30 Nov /regular: 20 Jan).

The school schedule & student handbook will be given to students during orientation. Key dates can be found here. You can expect lessons to be every Monday/Tuesday. Orientation is on 23 Feb 2026, 7.30pm

Yes. There will be an admin surcharge of 5% for monthly payment, and 3% for semester payment.

Payment will only need to be made upon acceptance into the programme. Students will only be considered to be enrolled once they’ve made their first payment. For any late payment, a late charge of $80 will be imposed.

The admin fee of $80 is used to cover all the administrative & technical support & expenses of your entire course. The graduation fee of $50/$25 covers the cost related to graduation (e.g. Graduation booklet, certificate, venue…)
