Strengthen budgeting, reporting, cash-flow planning and internal controls so that our resources are managed with integrity, transparency and wisdom.

Support the employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to development, transitions and consistent HR practice.

Develop policies, governance and compliance processes that support wise decisions and accountable growth.
Build for the future
Improve administrative systems and operational efficiency so ministry teams can stay focused on their calling.

What you bring
Experience that serves both people and purpose.
- A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant professional or management experience.
- Strong capability in finance, HR or corporate administration, with the ability to contribute across a broader corporate services portfolio.
- Working knowledge of Singapore employment law, financial management and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in a ministry, non-profit, small organisation or values-driven environment is an advantage.

You may be strongest in finance and governance, or bring deeper experience in HR, people development or organisational administration.
