Behind every worshipper trained, leader raised, song released and nation served is a strong organisational team. As Awaken Generation enters its next season of growth, we're looking for someone to help steward our finances, care for our people, and strengthen the systems that carry the mission.
Awaken Generation exists to raise and release worshippers and leaders who will impact the nations for Christ.

This is where your strength comes in. You'll help us make sound decisions, navigate complex organisational matters, and strengthen the foundations that enable the ministry to faithfully steward all that God has entrusted to us.
Four ways you'll shape what we're building
We're looking for someone who can contribute strategically while remaining willing to work hands-on. Depending on your experience and strengths, your role may span Finance, HR, or both.
Steward our resources
Strengthen financial stewardship through budgeting, reporting, cash-flow planning and internal controls, so AG's resources are managed with integrity, transparency and wisdom.
Care for our people
Support and shape the employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to staff development, stewardship management and transitions, while cultivating a healthy culture and consistent HR practices.
Strengthen governance
Help AG grow with confidence by strengthening policies, governance, compliance and key organisational processes that support accountability and wise decision-making.
Build for the future
Improve administrative systems and operational efficiency, and streamline processes that let our ministry teams stay focused on their calling.
You may be the person we're looking for if you
- have strong professional experience in finance, HR, governance, business administration or a related field
- can see the bigger picture without losing sight of important details
- are someone people trust for your judgment, discretion and integrity
- are organised, proactive and committed to following things through
- can give honest professional advice with both courage and humility
- can balance good policies with pastoral sensitivity and practical wisdom
- enjoy bringing clarity and structure to a growing organisation

For a senior appointment
- A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least five years of relevant professional or management experience
- Strong competency in finance, HR or corporate administration, with the ability to contribute across a broader corporate services portfolio
- Good working knowledge of Singapore employment laws, financial management, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience in a ministry, non-profit, small organisation or values-driven environment is an advantage
A role shaped around the right person. We know not every strong candidate brings the same combination of experience: some strongest in finance and governance, others in HR and people development. Depending on your strengths, we're open to shaping the scope, seniority and leadership responsibilities of the appointment accordingly.
