Course overview

The AG Leadership Stream is a values-based practicum that builds upon key kingdom culture values to empower leaders to build healthy relational, missional, and Presence-oriented communities. Students are intentionally coached and mentored to their leadership potential through practical exercises, thoughtful discussion, ministry and scenario-based learning. The course is not limited to individuals leading ministries or teams in churches, but also highly recommended for believers looking to grow in their leadership skills in the marketplace.

Online study is available only to applicants based outside Singapore.

Entry requirements

Whether you are in the marketplace or in ministry, anyone with a desire to grow in their heart and character as a leader, and to be equipped with the right tools to lead by example, is welcome to apply.

Application requirements

Furnish two leader references in your application form:

  • One reference from your pastor.
  • One reference from someone who leads or mentors you directly.

You may also need to attend an interview as part of the application process.
